We are currently looking for:
COMMUNITY DISABILITY WORKER - Regular Program and Complex Needs Program
Preferred Qualifications: 
  •  Grade 12 or equivalent experience (GED)
  •  CPR and First Aid an asset
  •  Medication Administration
  •  Foundations in Community Rehabilitation and Disability Studies
COMMUNITY DISABILITY WORKER - Regular Program and Complex Needs Program
Position Expectations: 
  • Initating day to day activities of the program
  • Follow individual's health, safety, and medication administration procedures
  • Work with little or no supervision
  • Consult with Program Team Leader
  • To be an active team member with a positive attitude
  • To attend monthly staff meetings
  • Flexibility
  • Assist in community outings

Closing Date:  Open until a suitable candidate is found.

COMMUNITY DISABILITY PRACTITIONER - Full Time - VALID Residence

Position Expectations: 
  • Managing a key case load
  • Follow individual's health, safety, and medication administration procedures
  • Work with little or no supervision
  • Consult with Program Team Leader
  • To be an active team member with a positive attitude
  • To attend monthly staff meetings
  • Resolving problems and conflicts as they arise
  • Assuming responsiblities during Team Leader's absence.
Preferred Qualifications: 
  •  Disability Studies: Leaader in community or other relevant Human Services Diploma
  •  Education and relevant experience may be considered

 COMMUNITY DISABILITY WORKERS - Permanent  Full Time/Part Time

Position Expectations:

  •  Initating and implementing activities
  •  Follow individual's health, and safety procedures, and medication procedures
  • Being flexible to suit individuals needs
  • Consult with Program Team Leader
  • To be an active team member with a positive attitude
  •  Preferred Qualifications: 

    •  Grade XII, or equivalent (GED)
    •  Current First Aid/CPR

    Individual Support Workers (various positions available)

    Position Expectations: 

  • Initiating and implementing activities
  • Follow individual's health, and safety procedures, and medication procedures
  • Being flexible to suit individual's needs
  • Consult with Program Team Leader

  • Preferred Qualifications:
