COMMUNITY DISABILITY WORKER - Regular Program and Complex Needs Program
Preferred Qualifications:
- Grade 12 or equivalent experience (GED)
- CPR and First Aid an asset
- Medication Administration
- Foundations in Community Rehabilitation and Disability Studies
COMMUNITY DISABILITY WORKER - Regular Program and Complex Needs Program
Position Expectations:
- Initating day to day activities of the program
- Follow individual's health, safety, and medication administration procedures
- Work with little or no supervision
- Consult with Program Team Leader
- To be an active team member with a positive attitude
- To attend monthly staff meetings
- Flexibility
- Assist in community outings

COMMUNITY DISABILITY PRACTITIONER - Full Time - VALID Residence
Position Expectations:
- Managing a key case load
- Follow individual's health, safety, and medication administration procedures
- Work with little or no supervision
- Consult with Program Team Leader
- To be an active team member with a positive attitude
- To attend monthly staff meetings
- Resolving problems and conflicts as they arise
- Assuming responsiblities during Team Leader's absence.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Disability Studies: Leaader in community or other relevant Human Services Diploma
- Education and relevant experience may be considered

COMMUNITY DISABILITY WORKERS - Permanent Full Time/Part Time
Position Expectations:
Initating and implementing activities
Follow individual's health, and safety procedures, and medication procedures
Being flexible to suit individuals needs
Consult with Program Team Leader
To be an active team member with a positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
- Grade XII, or equivalent (GED)
- Current First Aid/CPR

Individual Support Workers (various positions available)
Position Expectations:
